Office furniture brand owner is looking for a SALES EXECUTIVE – with details as follows :
Tertiary education in any disciplines
1 to 2 years sales experience in any field/product/services
Experience in office furniture industry is a plus
Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
Sensitive to market trends.
Reliable with strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skill under unexpected situation.
Mature, independent, self-motivated, responsible and hard-working, able to work under pressure.
Positive attitude to carry out a superior service to clients and able to work independently.
To explore, identify and develop relationship with potential clients.
To build and further relationship with designated clients and explore business opportunities.
Develop and maintain a database of business contacts.
Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients and ensure the opportunity is maximized to the full potential.
Carry out regular visit to clients to identify market opportunities and develops a strong sales pipeline which will ensure monthly / annual targets are met.
Sales follow up to ensure service level requirements and deliver quality services to our customers and monitor product delivery to meet and exceed customer expectations.
To manage or assist in all projects assigned by senior management in an efficient manner.
