The Job:

  • To handle mobile sales and renewal to selected customers over the phone and close order to meet preset sales targets and contribute to the achievement of Company revenue’s 
  • To handle customer’s enquiries promptly, accurately and professionally
  • To identify customer’s sales need by asking leading questions and provide appropriate solution
  • To resolve customer’s dissatisfaction and complaints with a positive attitude
  • To provide customer feedback to superior and make recommendation to improve customer satisfaction
  • To adhere to work schedule set by Management
  • To conform to policies, guidelines and procedures set by the Company and the Management
  • Shift duties: Monday to Friday 09:30am – 19:00pm / 10:30am – 20:00pm
  • Working Location: Kowloon Bay

The Person:

  • Secondary education or above with at least 1 year of proven working experience in sales or customer service field 
  • Confident and self-motivated
  • Outbound / Mobile sales experience is preferable
  • Results driven towards achieving sales target
  • Able to work under stressful and ever changing situation
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to deal with internal and external customer
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Sales Representative
