Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement channel growth strategies for General Mills products for Hong Kong & Macau target businesses of distributors/wholesales
  • Establish and maintain sales relationships with major accounts/ customers
  • Develop, organize and execute sales strategies with business plans
  • Build accurately forecasts and achieve the business result, including turnover, market share, profit. Plan all growth drivers accordingly
  • Measure success and effectiveness through consumer sales tracking and analysis
  • Participating in ad-hoc assignments as required

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years’ key account / business development in food business or FMCG field, with 3 years of supervisory experience is a must
  • Proactive, attentive, result-driven & customer-oriented.
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal, numerical & analysis skills
  • Mature, independent & presentable
  • Proficiency in MS Office application
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin a plus)
