Job Duties

  • Salary HK$30-40k
  • Responsible for the overall management of the Sales Division
  • Developing extended opportunities within the existing customer portfolio as well as accounts that are either inactive or low trading that do not have any assigned sales within the allocated territory and revenue thresholds.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the major account segment
  • Responsible for revenue growth of both new and existing customers, within targeted industries and geographical segments and in line with DPEX Sales Strategy
  • Actively pursue growth opportunities, by developing new customers and maintaining good relationship with existing customers
  • Responsible for generating sales reports (pipeline & activity reports) and any other reports assigned
  • Ensure compliance to sales process & procedures
  • Assist in any ad-hoc projects when assigned

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above, Degree in supply chain management is preferred
  • Strong network in the e-commerce community
  • Computer proficiency in MS office, Excel, PowerPoint and management systems
  • Good understanding of the large account segment as well as potential areas of solution development to the business
  • Excellent business acumen and able to provide business intelligence on Express industry
  • Ability to engage all levels of the business hierarchy (internal or external)
  • Familiar with network, consultative and solution selling skill and highly process driven
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Good listener, Customer Focused, Highlight motivated individual
  • Ability to manage well in a stressful and fast paced business environment
  • Positive thinker, Extroverted in nature, High level of confidence and self-esteem, Inquisitive in nature
  • Previous experience in courier/ e-commerce logistic company is a must
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
