Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiate strategy, plan and execute BTL promotions and sales activities to achieve sales target.
  • Build, develop and maintain customer relationships with key accounts.
  • Work with marketing team for promotion activities and merchandizing team for promotion update.
  • Optimize trade spending to maximize revenue.
  • Sales reviews and trade terms negotiation.
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to management.

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate in marketing, Business or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years’ key account sales experience, preferably gained from FMCG industry with three years’ experience in a managerial capacity.
  • Possess strong knowledge on Key Account Management and business process.
  • Effective planning, analytical, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
  • Number sense
  • Proficient in MS applications
