To help new parents with infant care, our Centre ofmom located in the heart of Beijing is a premium pre-natal and post-natal care centre based on the fine tradition and service of DeRAMA post-natal care centre in Seoul, Korea.

  • Organize, establish and optimize the marketing & sales strategies and policies;
  • Organize, establish and execute annual marketing & sales plans and budgets;
  • Form a sales team, develop and forge ahead, build online and offline sales networks, manage distributors and end users to achieve sales targets diligently;
  • Source new potential business partners or distributors and maintain business relationships with local and overseas clients and business partners;
  • Coordinate brand planning and management, organize and implement major brand activities, and promote brand building;
  • Organize research on product market positioning, formulate and implement marketing promotion campaigns;
  • Lead the department to complete various tasks, establish and manage a professional team with common goals, common values, cohesiveness, collaboration, innovation, efficiency and dedication.

 Requirements:

  • Min. 10 years in regional or global sales experience in Trading or FMCG.
  • Self-standing, proactive, interpersonal, analysis, negotiation, implementation and problem solving skills
  • Able to act as a team player to execute the operation among multiple divisions
  • Able to prepare reports as agreed with customers
  • Able to tackle problematic area and enhance service quality;
  • Numeric analysis ability;
  • Middle user level of MS Excel and PowerPoint with good presentation skill;
  • Proficiency in written and verbal in English and Mandarin, fluent Korean is a MUST
