  • To achieve the individual new business target in term of volume, gross revenue and net revenue with focus in airfreight products.
  • Develop Air Freight strategy in order to meet strategic goals
  • Meet budgets for air freight business & trade lane development
  • Maintain good working relationships with customers in order to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction and retention;
  • Gather market intelligence and provide timely reports to General Sales Manager and Managing Director in developing business opportunities


  • Minimum 5 years in freight forwarding industrial at management level
  • Knowledge on “Cross Border eCommerce" solution is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Good connection with airline, co-loader and oversea agencies.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Pro-active, willing to travel and able to work under pressure
