International freight forwarder specialized in Asia Europe trade with Regional office in Hong Kong – we are looking for a SALES MANAGER (AIR FREIGHT)  – with details as follows : 
 
  • Post secondary education
  • Minimum 5 years in freight forwarding at managerial or senior level 
  • Knowledge on "Cross Border eCommerce" solution is an advantage 
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills 
  • Good connection with airline, co-loader and oversea agencies. 
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese 
  • Pro-active, willing to travel and able to work under pressure
  • Report to the Sales General Manager of HK regional office
  • To achieve the individual new business target in term of volume, gross revenue and net revenue with focus in airfreight products. 
  • Develop Air Freight strategy in order to meet strategic goals 
  • Meet budgets for air freight business & trade lane development 
  • Maintain good working relationships with customers in order to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction and retention; 
  • Gather market intelligence and provide timely reports to Sales General Manager and Managing Director in developing business opportunities
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus    
  • Annual leave : 12 days
