Job Description

  • Maintaining a consistent professional relationship with current and prospective clients
  • Promote full range of luxury properties to high-net-worth clients and investors
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages and related matters
  • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds
  • Tap on existing network/database of potential clients to generate more property sales
  • Organize overseas site visit with clients

Job Requirements

  • No EAA Licence is required
  • Relevant work experience in sales/property/relevant industries (experience in local property agencies, financial planning agencies, or insurance agencies are preferred)
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus.  
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong sense of self-motivation
  • Friendly and sociable, with good client-facing skills
