  • Design, manufacture and market : cookware and kitchenware carrying several own brands
  • Headquarters : Hong Kong
  • Factories : China, Thailand and Italy
  • HK market : key accounts including supermarket chains, household retail chains, specialty stores, corporate clients etc
  • We are looking for SALES MANAGER – with details as follows :
  • To be responsible for sales management, account servicing and business development for the company.
  • Provide sales planning, support and supervision to the sales team;
  • Expand new sales channels with accounts and business development;
  • Responsible for selling designated products into chain stores and / or specialty stores;
  • Formulate sales strategies and tactics, execution of sales campaign, increase market penetration, grow number of new accounts, generate new business opportunities and revenue growth;
  • Maintain good relationship with business partners, negotiate contract and business terms;
  • Coach, monitor and develop a team of 2-3 sales staff; and several promoters;
  • Collaborate effectively with Marketing and Operations teams to maximize sales performance.
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience and able to handle key accounts independently;
  • Aggressive, self-driven with strong commercial sense;
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience in kitchenware / cookware / household brand owners is highly prefer
  • Frequent client visits to enhance relationship
  • 5 days work
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
  • Medical benefits
  • Annual leave : 12 days
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Key Account Manager (2 posts)
