Our client is one of the largest food trade companies in the world supplying most of the pork and chilled products in the APAC region, they are currently hiring a Sales Manager position (new headcount) to further expand their business portfolio as well as to increase their market share in the APAC region.

Description

  • Achieve growth and hit sales target
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • To assist the Sales Director to increase market penetration rate
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses report and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Monthly business review with distributor to evaluate company product's performance in the market
  • To assist in assess industry and competitive trends and implications on the business continuously through market intelligence and research
  • Handle other ad-hoc duties/projects as required

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree Holder in Business, Marketing or any related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' experience, preferably in food / commodity trade
  • Great command of both written and spoken in both Chinese and English.
  • Proficient in MS office, especially with Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Detail minded, responsible, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Candidate with flexibility to travel for client visit and to factory
  • Candidate with 2-3 years' experience in food sales would be considered for Sales Executive position
