The Job

  • Client: A Listed Logistics / Express Conglomerate
  • Position: Sales Manager
  • Responsibilities:
    • Lead the Hong Kong sales team to maximize sales from existing customer and explore new sales opportunities to achieve sales target
    • Establish and sustain good relations with customers, maintain channel harmony and maximize performance
    • Analyze the business environment and provide current and accurate market intelligence and feedback new service ideas to meet customer’s need
    • Improve team morale and to develop an effective sales culture
    • Liaise well with internal and external parties and ensure all activities meet company’s compliance
    • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • $35-45K, 5 day, medical, bonus

 

Requirements

  • Degree Holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 5-8 years relevant experience in field of Sales with 3-5 years at managerial level in express/logistics/transportation industry
  • Solid knowledge in Hong Kong and China logistics business environment with successful sales experience
  • Customer orientated with outgoing personality
  • Strong in leadership, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive & able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
  • Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good computer skill in Excel and Power point and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate available is preferred
