Marga Group is an international business syndicate with a Myanmar focus. Our primary activities are real estate development and telecommunications. Our international team has extensive real estate development, corporate finance, telecommunications management fund management experience in Australia, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Middle East, Thailand, Singapore, United Kingdom and the United States of America.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Requirements

  • Must be Fluent English speaker, fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
  • Station in Yangon, Myanmar with 12 flights per annum to and from Hong Kong
  • 3 years of supervisory experience or 8 years of sales experience in at least one Hong Kong property agency such as Centaline, Midland, Ricacorp, JLL etc. as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent motivator for sales team members who are under high pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Remuneration:

  • Over HK$1,000,000 annual income
  • International Grade Serviced Apartment (or Accommodation Allowance)
  • Company Driver for daily use
  • Discretionary Performance Bonus (e.g. 8-months bonus in 2018 for all Senior Staff)
  • 12 flights per annum to and from Hong Kong and Myanmar
