About Our Client
Our client is a global pharmaceutical principal and the company has been listed in Fortune 500 every year. The company is also renowned of its comprehensive professional product training to sales staffs. As the company owns an extensive portfolio of medical products and health supplements, they have been the primary supplier of HA, private laboratory, medical specialty and University. Their market share is now expanding continuously worldwide. As a result, they are looking for a high caliber Sales Manager to join their sales team and share the fruitful harvest of the team.

Job Description
As a Sales Manager, you will have to analyze the competitive dynamics & trends of the category, the boundaries of the market, the strengths and weakness of the company, and the customer behavior to create a clear strategy that delivers profitable growth. You will lead and manage a sales team to develop growth within the key account, private clinics and distributors. You will also work with the team, maintain customer relationship and provide product information and features to increase its branding. You also need to define and drive the growth plan in the region in accordance with the strategic priorities. And develop long-term relationships with the specific distributors through strategic and tactical support in order to achieve the short and long-term goals.

Requirement

  • Minimum 12 years of successful sales experience with experience in FMCG / Consumer Product experience/ OTC products/ pharmaceutical
  • 5 years of experience in management level
  • Highly organized with strong multi-tasking skills and independent
  • Good analytical, task management skills
  • Good Team player since you will lead the Team to achieve the goals
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
