Member of HK listed company –  AWARD WINNING company specialized in OEM/ODM manufacturer of LED lighting products – HK office function as R&D Centre; factory located in Huizhou China  – main markets are US, Europe and Japan – is looking for a  SALES/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER   – with details as follows :
 
  • Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering disciplines
  • 4 to 6 years or above experience in product management and business development experience; preferably over 2 years in LED lighting industry
  • Experienced in developing and exploring new customer base and overseas accounts
  • Experience in OEM/OEM LED lighting manufacturers is highly prefer
  • Strong analytical skills and business sense
  • Highly effective communication skills to work with both internal teams and external business partners
  • Demonstrate leadership ability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Business level of spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus
  • Report to the Sales & Marketing Director
  • Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the product segments assigned
  • Develop new customers and grow existing accounts
  • Develop product strategies to fulfill the Company's financial requirements
  • Work closely with other departments to implement new product ideas and product improvements
  • Plan product rollouts to launch the initiatives on time and align with sales and production targets
  • Conduct product briefing and training on new products internally and to customers and business partners
  • Responsible for marketing programs planning and implementation, result monitoring and review for on-going improvements
  • Work independently with no direct subordinate; but will be supported by the Sales Support & Logistics Team
  • Occassional business trips needed 
  • 5 days work  
  • Annual leave : 14 days  
  • 13 months salary plus performance bonus
