Job Description

In direct contact with the Sales Director of APAC, you will be the main person working to implement sales strategies both in short and long term in the market for HK and Macau. Your responsibility will mainly be to lead and manage the sales team to achieve growth development within the key accounts, private clinics and distributors. By working with the team, you will also have to maintain customer relationship and to provide product information to increase the brand’s reach. Your missions also include defining and driving growth plan in the whole region in accordance with the strategic priorities. You will be able to develop a long-term relationship with specific distributors and achieve both long and short term goals.

 

Requirement

  • Minimum 10 years of successful sales experience with experience in FMCG / Consumer Product experience/ OTC products/ pharmaceutical
  • Highly organized with strong multi-tasking skills and independent
  • Good analytical, task management skills
  • Good Team player since you will lead the Team to achieve the goals
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
