Sales Management

  • Develop and execute strategy to support achievement of all assigned KPIs (including FIT, GIT sales target, revenue, profitability, etc );
  • Manage assigned business sector/ accounts’ effectiveness/efficiency by develop and/or adopt all relevant sales tools, promotions, and programs;
  • Ensure regular reviews are undertaken to track sector/ accounts’ performance, and take necessary action in a timely manner;
  • Ensure all CRM KPIs are achieved.

Channel & Account Management

  • Develop and maintain good partnership with all level include CEO, MD (SME travel agent, tour operators, and consolidators, etc )
  • Develop, maintain and execute an channel/ account development as planned;
  • Ensure key accounts are delivering FIT, GIT bookings, rooms allotment, revenue and growth as planned;
  • Perform regular business reviews with key channels to track sales performance, and necessary action will be taken in timely manner;
  • Maintain sustainable profitability from all key channels.
  • Develop sales pipeline to recruit new business opportunities from new and existing channel/ accounts.

Other Requirements

  • Travel to China and other Asia countries is required (FAM trip, sales visit, business meeting, etc );
  • Fluent in English, Chinese include Cantonese and Mandarin is mandatory;
  • University degree;
  • Over 6 years working experience in sales, account management or related field preferred;
  • Good understanding of outbound travel, travel trade, and product distribution is a must.
