The Sales Manager will work primarily with the local sales representatives (dealers) throughout Asia Pacific Region to identify, develop and help win new business opportunities for the company’s specified products at target accounts in the region. In the position Sales Manager will work directly with the customer’s engineering and application resources, as well as with THE COMPANY own marketing and engineering resources, to drive technical product solutions to implementation and sales.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain existing customers, develop new potential dealers and explore new sales opportunities in Asia Pacific Region.
  2. Provide dealers with appropriate products and solutions, marketing materials and competitor information.
  3. Educates dealers about the company’s products and technologies in order to stimulate discussion and engagement on potential applications for the customers.
  4. Close follow up with dealers to assess market needs, make suggestions and assist in the development of project specific action plans and provide persistent follow-up to ensure execution of the plan.
  5. Maintains interactive, on-going relationship with key technical, application, and qualification resources at designated accounts.
  6. Provide technical support (pre-sales and after-sales) to dealers in Asia incl. Hong Kong.
  7. Closely work with the Suzohapp team to establish and identify the marketing needs and prepare quotations.
  8. Prepare and submit monthly sales & market analysis reports.
  9. Achieve the given sales target.
  10. Knowledge of business segments such as Retail, Banking and Cash Center would be advantage

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Sales or Marketing;
  • With Electrical & Mechanical knowledge will be advantage but not a must;
  • Experience in technical sales not less than 5 years;
  • Initiative, good interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and planning skills;
  • Good in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
