Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the Department;
  • Sales support such as presentation, sales kit, quotation and data management etc;
  • Provide support on aircraft delivery, work closely with aircraft manufacturers and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Conduct market research and provide up-to-date market intelligence to backing sales planning.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, vendors and manufacturers to ensure customer satisfactions
  • To coordinate and support marketing activities as required and necessary.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments when required.


Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • At least 3 years’ experience in aircraft management and charter flights
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Chinese word processing
  • Independent, well-organized, able to work under pressure, good communication skill and attentive to details
  • Good analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • some travel to China is required
