Focus in selling Company products by providing consultative solution to select air, moisture, water, window and door installation, sustainability, fire stopping and fire proofing, concrete protection and/or structural (concrete) issues on new and restoration projects -  m
ain clients are architects, building & construction consultants, building engineers etc in Hong Kong – is
looking for a SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE   - with details as follows :
  • University graduates
  • Business level English and Chinese; Mandarin an advantage
  • 2-5 yr sales/marketing/client servicing in building/construction materials/products
  • Sales experience in the architecturally-specified construction products industry is highly prefer
  • Experience in sealants/coatings/waterproofing products is an advantage
  • Experience in US/European/MNC companies or brand owners an advantage
  • Literacy in computer and MS office software (strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Words and Excel are must-have)
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Report to the Senior Sales Manager
  • Work as an integrated team to support Sales & Marketing functions and Project specifications works
  • Responsible for getting the company’s products and systems specified with architects, consultants and engineers, championing focus product(s)
  • Responsible for building and enhancing relationships with all stakeholders (developers, architects/consultants/engineers, general contractors, sub and specialty contractors and distributors)
  • Utilize a consultative solution-based selling approach with all stakeholders - selling solutions to select air, moisture, water, window and door installation, sustainability, fire stopping and fireproofing, concrete protection and/or structural (concrete) issues - on new and restoration projects.
  • Responsible for identifying, creating and tracking annual plans created for customers.
  • Provide project leads, sales and technical recommendation, job-site application and solutions (to distributors and contractors)
  • Offer excellent customer relations support and after-sales services
  • Submit forecast and sales report timely
  • Responsible for inventory and accounts receivable management.
  • 5 days work
  • 13 months salary plus performance bonus
