EMS/OEM/ODM manufacturer of smart audio products, lifestyle cnosumer gadgets, iOT products and consumer electronic products - with office in Hong Kong and factory in Shenzhen – is looking for a  SALES & MARKETING MANAGER – with details as follows : 
 
  • Degree holder or above, preferably in EE/ME/IE/Business or related disciplines 
  • 5 to 8 years Sales or Business Development related role, preferably gained from sizable EMS 
  • Professional and detail minded to support world-class OEM/ODM projects 
  • Experiences in lifestyle consumer gadgets, speakers, headphones, wireless audio, connected-home or other IoT products are preferable 
  • Aggressive, good communication and negotiation skills 
  • Results oriented, well organized and ability to multi-task 
  • Experiences in analyzing customer needs and proposing solutions to support sales development and deal closing 
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese 
  • Willing to work under pressure and meet sales target 
  • Report to the Sales & Marketing Director
  • Define, develop and close sales deals of new product categories and new market segment as assigned 
  • Develop new business opportunities especially smart audio and IoT related 
  • Analyze competitive situation & market trends, and make relevant recommendations 
  • Sales lead generation.  Responsible for proactively research, hunt, approach and match new customers with existing product solutions 
  • Gather market requirements and work with R&D on new technology and solution development 
  • Maximize relationships with current clients so that our company will be ranked as their preferred supplier 
  • Provide account management services to key ODM customers 
  • Drive efforts to meet / exceed orders and sales targets 
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and factory functional teams to ensure quality product manufacturing and on schedule customer delivery 
  • Work independently with no direct subordinates
  • Some travel is required
  • 5 days work
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
