Responsibilities:-

  • Plan and develop overall sales and marketing strategy and execute sales plan to deliver company’s objectives as well as existing and new brand value to consumers  
  • Responsible for brand oriented strategy to deliver sales target via effective sales networking channels
  • Direct the Sales and Marketing team to achieve sales target
  • Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.
  • Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
  • Conduct marketing research, identify of customers’ needs and get insights for product development and improvement.
  • Manage marketing materials and execute on-line sales promotions (JD/Tmall/Taobao)
  • Provide regular market analysis and reports, including regional market capacity, demand changes, industry dynamics, competition, and customer feedback
  • Develop and share project highlight reports to update senior management on progress of the project


Requirements:-

  • University graduate in Marketing or related discipline
  • At least 10 years of marketing experience in product/distribution/retail, with minimum 3 years in senior level of Sales/Marketing/ Business development, solid China experience preferred.
  • Multilevel marketing know-how, sales, retail and business development
  • Good problem solving, decision making, planning and organizing, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;
  • Strong business acumen and awareness of market trends; knowledge of various online sales and media channel such as Taobao/T-mall, Wechat and Baidu.
  • Able to inspire, lead and manage the team to implement marketing strategies effectively;
  • Good spoken and written in English and Mandarin
  • Willing to travel China
