EMS/OEM/ODM manufacturer of smart audio products, lifestyle consumer gadgets, iOT products, bluetooth speakers, headphones, power bank & charging devices, computer accessories, wireless earbuds and consumer electronic products ; for US & European market  – we are looking for a  SALES & MARKETING MANAGER  – with details as follows : 
 
  • Degree holder or above
  • Studies in Business/Marketing/Engineering will be a plus
  • At least 5 years solid experiences in Sales or Business Development related role with overseas customers, preferably gained from sizable EMS
  • Professional and detail minded to support world-class OEM/ODM projects
  • Experiences in lifestyle consumer electronics, smart audio, connected-home or other IoT products are preferable
  • Experiences in analyzing customer needs and proposing solutions to support sales development and deal closing
  • Business level of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Report to the Sales & Marketing Director
  • Define, develop and close sales deals of new or existing product categories and market segments as assigned
  • Develop new business potential customers and business opportunities
  • Participate in the formulation and implementation of sales strategies and action plans to grow existing customers and develop new potential customers/market segment
  • Analyze competitive situation & market trends, and make relevant recommendations
  • Sales lead generation : responsible for proactively research, hunt, approach and match new customers with existing product solutions
  • Gather market requirements and work with R&D on new technology and solution development
  • Drive efforts to meet / exceed orders and sales targets
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and factory functional teams to ensure quality product manufacturing and on schedule customer delivery
  • Organize and attend trade shows and exhibitions  
  • Work independently with no direct subordinates
  • Some travel is required
  • 5 days work 
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
