The Sales Operations Executive will be working inside and outside of the office to perform all duties in sales operations including order processing, inventory keeping, call inquiries handling in order to support for the Sales Team for the imported product brands managed by the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle order processing and sales enquiries/complaints from channel and direct customers
  • Responsible for sales event and organize trade promotion, including counter and booth set up, recruit and train up the promoter
  • Handle stock taking, inventory control, collect market intelligence and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
  • Participate into the trade fair and exhibition
  • Visit retail store and follow up merchandise display
  • Provide administrative support to Sales Team including data entry, document filing and POSM co-ordination
  • Cross check to ensure the correctness of invoice and debit note for payment processing


Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ related working experience in retail or sales operations
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge in using SAP system would be an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English Immediate available is preferred
