We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Sales Planning and Business Development Manager.  

 

Principal responsibilities  

  • Perform analyses, compile reports and provide key insights from client and sales related data for key internal stakeholders
  • Participate in sales MI projects, collaborate with various parties to ensure smooth launch of various projects and drive business results
  • Promote better sales management practices by propagating market intelligence and equip sales team with knowledge that encourages business growth
  • Assist in the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of business area aims
  • Formulate business target for relationship management teams 
  • Participate in streamlining business processes for greater efficiency and cost effectiveness while exploring data/analytics insights be commercialized

 

Requirements

  • University degree in Banking, Finance or a related discipline.  A recognized professional accounting qualification would be an advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in banking industry, preferably with experience in business development / business management
  • Good knowledge of audit / banking operations an advantage
  • Sound project management, organizational and planning skills
  • Attentiveness to details and ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
