Responsibilities :

  • Provide administration support for assisting in both pre-sale and post-sales process
  • Coordinating the Corporate Social Responsibility activities for Hong Kong office in compliance with Headquarter guideline and corporate communications
  • Assist in facilitating sales team work in daily operations
  • Responsible for data entry, filing and paper work
  • Enter projects into the company’s database
  • Assignment to ad-hoc projects as required
  • Collaborate effectively with all departments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in fast-paced business environment essential, media background is an advantage
  • Degree in the area of Business, Social, Environmental Sciences or related disciplines
  • Fast and accurate typing
  • With good knowledge in Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, After Effect, Movie Maker is highly preferred
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Hardworking and willing to work overtime
  • Fluent English and Chinese in both spoken and written
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
