European sourcing company focus in promotional, gift and premium items as well as film merchandise - servicing clients from FMCG, F&B, global brands, retailers, film studios & theme parks like Universal, Warner Bros, Fox, Sony etc in Europe, UK and China – we are looking for a SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR – with details as follows :  
  • Tertiary education
  • Extensive Microsoft Office experience including, word, power point, excel and outlook.
  • SAP business 1 experience is highly desirable
  • Sales support/Sales administration experience is a plus
  • Good IT skills
  • Extensive written and oral communication in English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus
  • The purpose of this role is to provide supporting for the sales team
  • To input sales quotations and sales orders into SAP when given by the Account Managers ensure absolute accuracy particularly delivery dates.
  • Keep SAP fully up to date with accurate information relating to the customers, products and orders.
  • Responsible for Tracking all orders through courier websites and updating the account manager of any changes so that the customer can be informed.
  • Prepare invoicing and issue to client as agreed and provide cover for the credit controller
  • Support Account Management with client queries/presentation
  • Order stationary for the company.
  • Producing costing sheets, project plans & sourcing sheets
  • Working with internal departments to ensure briefs are met and the correct premiums pitched to meet the client's brief and budget;
  • Monitoring shipments daily and checking freight costs, taxes and duties etc.
  • Invoicing orders in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Arranging for samples to be sent to the clients
  • 5 days work
  • Annual leave : 14 days
  • 13 months salary + performance
  • Office location : TST East
  • Candidates with more solid experience will be considered for the post of Account Executive (2 posts)
