Job Profile

  • Lyreco HK Sales Trainee program encompasses comprehensive induction, coaching, class-room as well as on-the-job training to groom right talent into an all-rounded B2B sales leader. Upon completion of induction, a sales trainee will become one of our Lyreco office solutions specialists and be responsible for:
    • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
    • Identifying and pitching potential customers for new business
    • Providing right offerings and solutions to existing/ new customers to optimize business opportunities
    • Gathering market and customer information
    • Reviewing your own business performance, against targets as you gain experience
  • In order to succeed and become a future sales leader, our Lyreco office solutions specialists will work both independently and as a team leveraging on e-Commerce platform, CRM tools and commercial data analytics for optimizing productivity
  • Apart from competitive salary and incentive scheme, a wide spectrum of sales roles (from territory sales lead to strategic corporate account manager) will be assigned to high performers for continual exposure and development as part of Lyreco’s talent pipeline strategy

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • 1 – 2 years’ working experience
  • Outgoing, customer focus, positive with strong growth mindset
  • Flexible to work in different locations and outdoor
  • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
