Design and implement requirements in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors solution

Your new company
My client is a global consultancy who is looking for a SuccessFactors Manager to join their team.

Your new role

  • Design and implement requirements in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors solution
  • Advise HR team on industry standards for HCM process areas in order to provide suggestions to achieve clean configuration and streamlined processes.
  • Participate in update training and other events that help share one's product skills with other consultants.
  • Lead and implement various HR tasks/projects including salary benchmark, payroll,annual bonus and salary review, staff promotion, reward programs, job evaluation, performance management projects and manpower budget plan, etc.
  • Team with others to produce a high quality work product to ensure a superior client experience
  • Collect, assimilate and analyze relevant data and use standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude and adapt to changing priorities to instill confidence in team
  • Use and apply frameworks to organize concepts, identify gaps, and communicate ideas clearly
  • Value and consider the diverse perspectives and backgrounds of colleagues and clients
  • Apply technology fundamentals to client situations
  • find and leverage a diverse set of resources and share findings with others



What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • experience in SAP HCM / SF implementation project
  • Good understanding of the SAP
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high commitment to quality client service
  • Good consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
  • Proven track record in business development activities is a definite advantage
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese / Cantonese
