  • Responsible for customer inquiry, booking, pricing quotation and follow up on routing orders
  • Contact potential or current customer for business opportunities
  • Able to handle customers enquiry, co-ordination with clients and factory


  • F.5 or above with min. 5 years customer service experience in seafreight or shipping company
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must
  • Computer literate proficiency in MS Office
  • Good interpersonal skill, telephone manner and excellent service attitude
  • Self-driven in problem solving, independent, organized and be a good team player
  • Less experience will be consider as Customer Service Coordinator
  • Fresh graduates will be consider
