Our client, a global leader in international transport, freight forwarding & logistics company is looking for an Assistant Supervisor:-

Job Description

Requirements:

  • F.5 – F.6 or above
  • 4 years or above sea freight operation experience in forwarding industry
  • Responsible for support to the Assistant Manager in leading and managing the team in handling daily export operation.
  • Able to handle full set of export docs, operation, send pre-alerts and shipping advices to clients & overseas offices, arrange booking with carriers or co-loaders and execute all pertinent shipping documents, issue invoice, credit notes and month-end closing
  • Handle customer complaints and enquiries
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Good computer skills in MS Office application
  • Immediately available preferred
