Our client, a well-established company, is now seeking a secretary / project assistant to join their team. Candidate is responsible for:


  • Provide professional secretarial and administrative support including the procurement of office supplies and equipment, facilities management, office renovation, etc.
  • Assist in arranging meeting, conferences and events
  • Manage and coordinate job allocation of a team
  • Handle incoming calls and documentation
  • Maintain filing system and project coordination
  • Ensure that the operation of the department run smoothly


  • Minimum of 3 years’ solid experience in office administration and secretarial field
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proactive, flexible, meticulous with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure  
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
