The Job

  • Client: A Private Group with diversified business in property development and telecommunication services
  • Position: Secretary
  • Responsibilities:
    • Reporting to the Executive Director
    • Manage and diary and extensive travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings
    • Maintain office operations
    • General administration works.

Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • 5 years secretarial experience serving senior management preferably gained with sizable companies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Excellent command of Chinese and English
