Job Responsibilities:

  • Full range of secretarial support to Director and Administrative Department including but not limited to appointments scheduling, minutes taking, events coordination and travel arrangements
  • Liaise with internal and external parties
  • Maintain an up-to-date filing system and assist in ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or University graduate in business, corporate administration or related discipline with LCC Level 2 Accounting Certificate
  • Proficiency in using Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Able to work under pressure
  • At least 3-4 years experience as secretarial / personal assistant
