Responsibilities :
  • Handle correspondence, documents translation, assignments independently and professionally in a tight schedule
  • Work closely with Senior Management on a daily basis
  • Prepare and draft various contracts in both Chinese and English and review documents
  • Undertake any duties / special assignments as directed by Senior Management
  • Liaise with internal and external parties
  • Assist on various ad hoc tasks
  • Diploma holder or above in any disciplines
  • At least 2 years working experience as Personal Assistant or Secretary to senior director/chairman is preferred
  • Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Chinese typing and PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Can multitask and works well under pressure
  • Can work independently, mature, initiative, flexible and good organizational skill
