1. Responsible for the scheduling, preparation and reception of business visits, meetings and events; 

2. Assist in tracking work progress, author memos, minutes and documents;

3. Assist in investment research, including data and information collection and analysis.

4. Arrange office daily operations and perform administrative assignments. 

5. Complete other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

1. Legally allowed to work in Hong Kong;

2. F5 (中五) or above;

3. Good team spirit; honest, reliable and easy-going personality;

4. Strong organizing, coordination, communication and social skills

5. Good sense of judgment, decision-making, planning and execution;

6. Strong MS office skills and other tools.
