An exciting opportunity for an experienced secretarial support staff to join a Conglomerate company. They are looking for native Mandarin speaking candidate who can also speaks fluent English with at least 5 years of secretarial support experience.

Client Details

My client is a well-known Conglomerate company with business arms across property, construction, hospitality, textile etc. They are looking for a Secretary to join and assist the Department Head which will be focused in the PRC market.

Description

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to Department Head, including travel arrangements, expense claims, schedules of meetings, bookings and appointments etc.
  • Co-ordinate with internal and external parties (in PRC and Hong Kong)
  • Some work will involve meeting booking / corporate access and relationship development with domestic Chinese companies onshore
  • Compile quality reports and presentations
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in support senior management
  • Excellent command of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Native in Mandarin would be a plus, Fluent in English is a must
  • Working experience in multinational companies / banks/ legal firms is a plus
  • Attention to details and good at coordination
  • Proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
