An exciting opportunity to work in an international marketing consultancy as a secretary supporting 4 English speaking executives on their travel arrangements and calendar scheduling. Candidates from multinational companies with solid relevant experience are preferred.

Our client is a global consultancy firm utilising data and advanced technology to offer creative solutions to clients. There are 12 offices around the globe. The modern HK office is located in Hysan Avenue.

Description

* Provide dedicated secretarial support to senior level executives and ad hoc support to the office team
* Manage extensive calendar scheduling for senior management
* Liaises with local leadership team; keeps team apprised of issues and assists with problem resolution to ensure a harmonious, productive and functional environment
* Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel. Prepare detailed itineraries and coordinate required passport/visa documentation as necessary
* Manage Partners' relationships, contacts and CRM activities in Outlook, CRM database and company contact database
* Produce accurate, properly formatted documents and reports

Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of solid secretarial experience in MNC/ sizeable company
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailed oriented, a team player with pleasant personality
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential
  • Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently
  • Immediate availability preferred
