RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide full spectrum of administrative duties
  • Prepare business communication (Chinese / English), ad hoc business reports, meeting minutes
  • Execute with ownership on business activities, report progress and follow up with members of the department on team's outstanding projects status
  • Schedule meetings, travel plans and regional director's calendar and personal matters to a certain extent
  • Liaise with both internal and external parties on daily business operations / issues proactively and independently
  • Act as department support & perform some ad hoc duties as required


Requiremenet

  • Diploma or above, preferably with formal secretarial training but not essential
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in providing secretarial or administrative support to senior executives
  • Excellent command of written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) is a must, with conversational verbal English & Mandarin ability.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, independent & with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, coordination and organization skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent in MS Powerpoint & MS Excel
  • Candidates with good office administration / activities coordination experience who want to develop themselves to an executive assistant role may also be considered
