Great opportunity for a Secretary to join one of the largest real estate investment companies in Hong Kong. The newly joined Secretary will be able to start her career in a well-established and stable company. This position will be mainly providing all-rounded secretarial support to the company's senior management.

Client Details

Our client is one of the largest property developers in Hong Kong. Their projects mainly focus on residential and commercial buildings for development. Since the beginning of 1990, they have successfully expanded their business to a few major cities in China. They are currently looking for someone to join their company as a Secretary, providing 1 to 1 support to the senior management.

Description

  • Manage calendars, appointment & meeting schedules

  • Make travel and accommodation bookings

  • Preparation of correspondence and minutes

  • Assist in events organisation

  • Liaise & communicate with internal departments

  • Consolidation of expenses claim reports on a weekly/ monthly basis

  • Assist in ad hochoc tasks

Profile

  • Diploma or above

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

  • Ability to work efficiently and independently

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in IT (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
