SECRETARY TO DIRECTOR NEED TO:

  • Assist in handling company secretarial and related work 
  • Provide secretarial and administrative supports to directors /managers 
  • Meeting / conference call arrangement 
  • Schedule and calendar management
  • Handle personal matters and other ad-hoc duties
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for directors and expatriates
  • Report to Executive Assistant and Director directly.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Business or related discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience 
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, Good command of spoken Mandarin is a plus.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task with tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Ability to manage Director’s schedule effectively
  • Independent, a team player with initiative and good communication and interpersonal skills
