  • Supporting GM in all business related matters
  • Preparing documents and liaise with clients and other business parties
  • Perform administrative support duties
  • Managing ad-hoc tasks assigned by the company

  • Degree holder or above
  • Min 3 years relevant experience in business/administration
  • Proficient in communication of English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be asset
  • Good computer literate such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese WP
  • To be proactive & responsible
  • Frequent travel to Shanghai and overseas if required
