Innovative high technology start up company  – a patented material, a composite and a consumer product, comprising a pulp and a fibrillated cellulose, wherein the pulp and the fibrillated cellulose are independently derived from plant fiber – this material will then be used for making food packaging products which is 100% natural and 100% degradable – Hong Kong office function as a research centre & sample workshop for making the food packaging product samples – mass production will be from partner factories in China – we are looking for a  SECERTARY TO GENERAL MANAGER  – with details as follows :
 
  • Universtiy graduates
  • Professionals write English
  • Dignified character, rigorous and meticulous, with strong resistance to pressure, innovative spirit, strong professionalism, sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
  • Have experience in participating in project management and experience in company work in management research or product development project management.
  • Experience or interest in scientific research, material research or laboratory related companies will be an advantage
  • Responsible for providing secretarial support to the General Manager/COO
  • Assist to directly deal with general affairs of the general manager/COO; and complete the tasks assigned by the general manager/COO
  • Pre-conference preparation, meeting records, and post-meeting content review;
  • Plan and organize various activities of the company, responsible for website management and maintenance, and do a good job of the company's publicity;
  • Receiving visits, answering calls, answering consultations and delivering information
  • Perform materials collection, file management, document drafting, document formulation, document sending and receiving;
  • Assist the general manager in the coordination between the various departments of the company
  • Support in various administrative matters.
