Secretary to the Dean

Office of the Faculty of Business

The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing a variety of clerical and administrative support to the Faculty of Business; (b) providing secretarial support to the Dean; (c) liaising with other departments/units and external parties; and (d) performing other duties as assigned by the supervisors.

 

Requirements:

Applicants should normally have (i) post-secondary qualification with at least two years’ working experience, preferably in the education sector; (ii) good interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iii) high level of computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; (iv) a strong sense of punctuality and responsibility; and (v) the initiative to carry out duties independently. Candidates with less experience will be considered for appointment at the relevant rank.

 

Salary and Benefits:

The rank and commencing salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
