A great opportunity to join a leading Hong Kong based real estate developer as a Secretary. This position will mainly handle travel arrangements and itineraries of the Chairman. The newly hired Secretary will be able to build a stable career in a reputable and leading real estate company.

Client Details

Our client is one of the largest property developers in Hong Kong with more than 50 years of history. They have also successfully expanded their business projects to various parts of Mainland China. The company is currently looking for a Secretary with strong visions for growth to support the Chairman's travel matters

Description

  • Manage flight schedule, air ticket fare, travel insurance and accommodation matters

  • Conduct research and prepare travel itineraries

  • Draft reply on behalf of the Chairman (e.g. corporate events invitation)

  • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned by the management, if required

Profile

  • Diploma or above

  • Ability to work efficiently and independently

  • Proficient in IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese typing
  • A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
