Founded in 1908, Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. (Stock codes: A shares 601328, H shares 03328) is one of the banks with longest history in China as well as one of the note-issuing banks in modern China. The Bank was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in June 2005 and on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in May 2007. The Bank currently has 202 domestic branches, comprising 30 provincial branches, 7 branches directly managed by the Head Office and 165 managed by provinces. It has also established 2,690 banking outlets in 215 cities and 159 counties nationwide. In addition, the Bank has set up 12 overseas institutions, comprising branches in Hong Kong, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, Singapore, Seoul, Frankfurt, Sydney, Macau, Ho Chi Minh City, Taipei and Bank of Communications (UK) Co., Ltd.   • Lead a team to provide overall administrative and secretarial support to Financial Institutions Department
  • Establish and supervise operational procedures on account opening, remittance, anti-money laundering and ensure the daily operations are in compliance, regarding to legal and regulatory requirements and the bank's policies and procedures
  • Monitor and review various documentations and improve the operation efficiency for the team
  • Identify, assess and report various types of potential or existing operational risks to supervisors or related divisions and formulate the corrective measures and actions for the operations
  • Degree holder or above, with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in retail or commercial banking operations in a supervisory role
  • Detail-minded, communicative and can work in a team environment

The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
