Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to formulate retail banking business strategies , propositions and tactical plans for cross-border business as well as manage the implementation of key strategic projects and complete the business targets.
  • Develop, identify and establish business models for cross-border customers to enhance customer segmentation
  • Conduct market trend and competitor analysis so as to identify market niche for retail banking business
  • Perform financial due diligence to the Retail Banking budget
  • Work with the Head office and coordinate Hong Kong branches and mainland branches to jointly carry out internal exchanges, customer marketing and market promotion. 

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience in Retail Banking, Product Management, and Customer Management or Sales Development area, at least 3 years of which at managerial level with supervisory experience,
  • Familiar with retail banking products, account services and knowledge in risk management
  • Solid knowledge in business development, customer segmentation and marketing program development
  • Experience in SAS and other statistical analysis tools will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with good writing skills in Chinese and English.
  • Preferably familiar with Mainland culture and need to participate in business trips outside Hong Kong.
