Our client is a famous retail bank in Hong Kong. To cope with business expansion, they are now looking for a Section Head / Senior Manager to join the team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • To formulate and implement business innovation and Fintech strategies
  • To drive adaptation of Fintech/ technologies on business innovation
  • To manage business relationship with concerned external parties
  • To advocate collaborations with various internal functions and departments to drive initiatives relevant to Fintech adoption and partnership
  • To comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate, preferably with a post-graduate degree in relevant disciplines
  • 10 years working experience from recognized establishments in financial services and/or Fintech related industries
  • In-depth knowledge on business and operation models of Banking, with thorough understanding on the local regulatory environment
  • Sound understanding on latest market and technology trend and having track record in commercializing and operationalizing innovative business and operating models
  • Analytical, be able to visualize opportunities, issues from data
  • Acute communicator with proven track record in influencing senior stakeholders
  • Result oriented and able to deliver under pressure
