Senior Account Manager will serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of
top tier Japanese client with responsibility for retention and growth. The role reports to the
Director of Client Services in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment. Work closely
with clients to identify needs including brand building, campaign pipeline, content approval,
consult on best practices. Identify new opportunities from within existing accounts, partnering with the Business Development team to aid in increasing revenue. Ensure a deep enough understanding of clients’ individual experiences to head off potential issues before they become problems.


In this role, the SAM ensures that the agency provides:


 Sound and responsible marketing counseling and excellent client servicing
 Innovator and influencer level communications.
 Deliver a consistently superior creative product.
 Work that is strategic and above all creative.

 

Requirement:

★ High-proficiency in Japanese (written and oral) skills is a prerequisite
 Ability to converse and translate in Cantonese (native) and N1 in Japanese (advance business)

 BS or BA in Business or Marketing
 Interest in and aptitude for creative business and marketing solutions
 6+ years’ experience in Customer Support and/or Account Management and candidates
with less experience can be considered for the Account Manager role
 Experience in brand/marketing/communications strategy experience in integrated, brand
and digital communications.
 Dynamic personality to effectively engage and influence audience at all levels of a business
 Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple
projects as well as internal obligations
 Working knowledge and experience with contract and contract negotiations
 Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team player
 Passion about business and dissatisfaction with status quo – always thinking of ways to
improve.
 Exceptional communication and presentation skills
 Great project management abilities
