Pieroth Hong Kong is currently looking for an entrepreneurial, self-motivated Senior Account Manager with excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with our existing customers in Hong Kong. Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 year’s experience with a good sales record with private client’s wines sales
  • Passionate about wine with good wine knowledge (WSET level 3 would be an advantage)
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
  • Implementing and manage sales plan to achieve sustainable business throughout the year
  • Manage customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills dealing with private clients 
  • Good business acumen, ability to anticipate market requirements, independent, well-organized and good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English or Chinese
